Wayne Springer from TPG/Soul said EFM is a symmetrical service capable of delivering connectivity speeds of up to 10Mbps.
"The network is backed up by a national MPLS backbone and enables businesses to reduce network connectivity costs by up to 70 percent while boosting application performance," he said.
"Many businesses will be able to move from an existing 2Mbps service to a 10Mbps service and still achieve a reduced cost of network."
The EFM service makes the carriage of IP data, voice, video, internet applications a reality for organisations that previously ruled out such technologies due to high bandwidth demands and even higher bandwidth costs.
"The RAD solution delivered by NSC, has enabled the TPG/Soul EFM service to be purpose-built to carry voice, data, video and a variety of mission-critical applications across an organisation's WAN," said Matt Sully, Manager, NSC Network Solutions.
