Marcus D’Castro has joined Enigma Global Technologies as chief executive.

D’Castro spent nearly 16 years at NRI Australia and New Zealand, where he held roles including GM of transformation, GM of strategic capabilities and EGM of capability.

Founded in 2024, Enigma Global Technologies is Australian owned and provides a managed agentic AI platform designed to help businesses deploy, operate and scale AI agents.

"Enigma is an Australian AI company helping organisations turn AI into practical operational value through a managed AI agent platform, custom AI development and an AI product suite, including BiziOps, our operational intelligence platform," he said in a LinkedIn post.

"I joined because Enigma is solving the next AI challenge: not just building agents, but helping organisations manage, scale and improve them across real business workflows. This is not AI for the sake of AI. It is business-led, secure by design and managed for outcomes."
