Data and technology services firm Novigi has acquired Turning Point Advisory, a company specialising in operational transformation.
Alex Moynihan and Karan Joshi, who worked in Deloitte’s Generative AI practice together and have backgrounds in technology, data, AI, and start-ups, co-founded Turning Point Advisory in mid 2024.
The firm combines experience in strategy-led transformation with proprietary AI platforms that aim to change and accelerate how organisations prioritise opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions and scale successful AI-enabled initiatives.
Turning Point Advisory has worked with clients across financial services, private equity portfolio companies, and other regulated sectors.
Turning Point Advisory’s AI-driven frameworks and platforms will underpin Novigi’s work across all business lines, aiming to support both client delivery and internal innovation.
“This acquisition reflects our commitment to sustainable, strategic growth and to integrating innovative technologies that help our clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market,” said Ash Priest, CEO of Novigi.
“We’ve demonstrated our ability to grow through targeted acquisitions, and Turning Point Advisory stood out for their practical application of AI and their results-driven approach to transformation. We’re looking forward to welcoming the team and seeing the impact we can deliver together.”
“With the rapid emergence of AI, we are witnessing a fundamental disruption to the professional services business model, and our team is looking forward to combining our expertise with Novigi’s scale and reach, to help clients unlock new possibilities through AI-powered transformation," said Moynihan.
Earlier this year, Novigi acquired Iress’ superannuation consulting and managed services business from Apex Group.
