Broadband Solution's new PABX system has made its commercial debut at the recently-opened Atura Blacktown Hotel.
The system's IP-based framework utilises a single fiber connection to offer improved internet speeds and voice/video calls for far less than traditional service solutions.
According to Sam Bashiry, managing director of Broadband Solutions, the technology has already improved customer experiences and streamlined administrative procedures at the AHL-owned property.
"We are expecting more and more properties to adopt the technology as they realize the huge benefits on offer," Bashiry said.
In recent years, Broadband Solutions have gone from strength to strength with the company boasting a 53% growth in revenue over the last three years.
The in-house developed system might have made its debut at the western Sydney venue, but Broadband Solutions claim it has applications outside the entertainment industry - such as schools and government departments.
