Schneider Electric has appointed company veteran Tim Pratt as vice president power products for its Pacific Zone, where he will focus on developing sustainable energy solutions and driving innovation with customers and partners.

Pratt joined Schneider Electric's Pacific Zone leadership team on 1 January 2025, bringing 12 years of experience with the company, including roles as regional sales manager and most recently as general manager of marketing.
In his new role, Pratt will concentrate on integrating power products, software and services while advancing innovations in microgrids, electric vehicles and energy storage systems to enhance energy independence across the region.

During his tenure as general manager of marketing, Pratt played a expanded the power products division, in new energy areas such as landscape and contractor distribution channels.

It specialises in digital transformation of energy management and automation, providing solutions for industries, infrastructure, data centres, buildings and homes.
