NetLeverage has appointed Vadis Systems as its second national distributor in Australia in a strategy to increase its national presence.
The deal extends the privately-owned Australian company's ThinPoint product to Vadis' national reseller base.
Until now, NetLeverage had one other distributor in the country, Open Channel Solution.
NetLeverage provides remote access to Windows applications via the internet.
Steven Hasani, chief executive of NetLeverage, said Vadis "was carefully chosen for their fresh approach, passion for the cloud and wealth of experience."
Gerry Tucker and chief executive of Vadis Systems said: "ThinPoint extends Vadis' current offering in the virtualisation and remote desktop arena."
NetLeverage has distributors in the US, Mexico, The Netherlands, France and the UK. Its customers include Toyota Australia, Optus, Tata, the NSW Department of Commerce, Timeout London, Northern Territory Aboriginal Health and most recently Washington University.
