The VoIP vendor has launched a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking service, which sets up communications between an enterprise hybrid PBX or IP-PBX and MyNetFone.
Andy Fung, managing director at MyNetFone, said, the service will help businesses reduce communication cost by eliminating the need to purchase ISDN PRI/BRI and PSTN gateways.
The product unifies the convergence of voice and data services onto a single broadband Internet connection.
Fung said MyNetFone SIP trunking service includes access to its My Account web portal.
"[The service] also allows customers to manage their communications infrastructure centrally via a self-service interface," he said.
"Users can also add direct in-dial numbers, manage network based auto-attendant facilities, voicemail-to-email, call diversions, hunt groups, user groups and other unified communications features."
