Movigo Group taps Newgen Software to modernise claims processing

Australian automotive services provider Movigo Group said it has selected New Delhi headquartered Newgen Software to automate business processes across claims management, inspections, and customer service operations.

The implementation aims to replace legacy systems that required manual claims handling, leading to operational inefficiencies across the organisation's accident management and fleet services.

"Movigo will continue to benefit from Newgen's low-code platform, that is configurable to provide a purpose-built application tailored to suit Movigo's unique business model," R Krishna Kumar, Newgen Software's head of Australian business said.

"This involved integrating with their partner ecosystem of fleet management providers and repairer networks," Kumar added.

The new system will deploy Newgen's AI-enabled Digital Transformation Platform, NewgenONE, to streamline processes including repairer management, service contracts, invoice processing, and recoveries management.

"Our project with Newgen represents a significant milestone for Movigo Group, enhancing our digital capabilities and driving a more efficient way of working," Nicolas Rio, general manager at Movigo Group, said.

Movigo Group operates across Australia and New Zealand, providing services spanning accident management and claims settlement, as well as subscription car ownership.

Founded in 2018, the company maintains over 20 offices across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines.

The modernisation project aims to enhance connectivity with customers, boost process efficiency, improve data quality, and support business scalability.
