Managed service provider (MSP) Merge Technologies has acquired Brisbane-based VC Systems, establishing a foothold for the Sydney company in Queensland's growing business hub.
VC Systems is a professional audio visual integrator with expertise in meeting room solutions and complex installations.
The Brisbane company brings additional technical talent and local market knowledge to the Merge portfolio.
Merge is now able to better service its expanding national client base while enhancing capabilities to meet evolving business needs in Brisbane, the company said.

Founded in Sydney in 2016, Merge Technologies has since expanded to Melbourne and now Brisbane, offering AV systems integration and managed services across Australia.
The company specialises in video conferencing and collaboration solutions optimised for hybrid work environments.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed by Merge.
