Melbourne-based Ultradata has completed the migration of National Australia Trustees’ IT as part of the latter’s 2017 acquisition by financial services provider IOOF Holdings.
National Australia Trustees was National Australia Bank’s statutory trustee business prior to being acquired by IOOF in June last year, and is now part of IOOF’s Australian Executor Trustees business.
The software vendor was also tapped to manage the core software TACT on an ongoing basis, as it will be used by Australian Executor Trustees moving forward.
“We are very proud to have been selected as the preferred technology partner,” Ultradata chief executive Peter Henshaw said.
“Over the last few months, we have worked with AET to ensure the migration had minimal effect to their staff and customers and we were able to achieve a smooth transition.”
Ultradata provides software solutions for core banking, trustee and funds management, and consumer finance products, which include lending, debit and credit card, ATM and fraud detection systems.
It also provides internet, mobile and app banking software solutions for financial institutions across the Asia-Pacific region.
“Congratulations to IOOF as you take on the next step in your business growth and we look forward to continuing to work with you into the future,” Henshaw added.
