Melbourne ISV opens Brazilian channel

Melbourne based software company Sinefa has partnered with ISPM, a Brazilian company that specialises in service assurance, orchestration, and operations enhancement for communications service providers (CSPs) and large corporations.

According to Peter Russell, head of marketing for Sinefa, this is the company’s first alliance in South America, to add to "six or seven" existing overseas partnerships.

“Our technology is industry and geographically agnostic, suitable for any data network and we are getting enquiry from many parts of the world.”

With this alliance, Sinefa’s technology will be integrated into ISPM’s flagship service assurance platform, NetVision. According to Sinefa, the integration will improve NetVision’s ability to control complete asset management of networks, ensure better management and visibility of applications, users and devices.

Sinefa stated that with this partnership ISPM expects to grow its business this year by about 10 percent in Brazil and Latin America.

"The partnership is very important for ISPM, since it allows us to detect, identify and correct infrastructure failures, by analysing network utilisation and prioritising critical user applications, ensuring the best possible performance of the managed environment of operators, service providers or technology managers," said ISPM commercial & business development director Helder Ferrão.

Sinefa has recently become a member of the Network Intelligence Alliance (NI Alliance), an industry organisation created for collaboration among vendors of products and solutions based on network intelligence.

As a part of NI Alliance, Sinefa said it expects to build and market innovative solutions for customers seeking to improve network visibility and control.

Sinefa provides ease of deployment software and friendly user interface.
