Cybersecurity managed detection and response vendor Rapid7 has launched its PACT partner program.
Aimed at resellers, distributors, systems integrators and service providers, the PACT program includes new tiers and classifications, designed to unite all partner types under a single program.
This approach provides tailored engagement opportunities and sets clear performance expectations, with valuable tier benefits recognising and rewarding partner success.
Rapid7’s modernised and expanded partner portal offers partners real-time collaboration with Rapid7 via a redesigned interface that provides training and automation to support the entire customer lifecycle.
The portal includes self-service quote access and renewal dashboards, along with learning paths aligned to specific points in the sales process and customer lifecycle.
Rapid7’s unified platform combines proactive and reactive cyber risk management solutions so they can be efficiently scaled and customised to meet customer requirements.
Partners can also benefit from two new PACT specialisations - MSSP specialisation and service delivery specialisation - for an enhanced suite of tech resources and operational efficiencies with simplified pricing models launching later this year.
A new Partner Training Academy was also launched, offering ompetency-based courses and certifications. Courses are tailored to the sales and pre-sales technical roles, as well as specialised curriculum, to enable partners to deliver their own post-sales services.
Rapid7’s APJ VP and GM, Rob Dooley, said the PACT Program is the result of listening to and working collaboratively with the company’s partner community to best understand their business challenges and opportunities.
“This significant program update ensures our partners are enabled and supported to drive maximum impact in line with their near- and long-term business objectives,” he said.
To support its partners in Australia, New Zealand, and across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, Rapid7 has also promoted David Quist to director of channel sales APJ.
Quist has more than 25 years’ experience in the Australian and New Zealand technology sector and has been with Rapid7 for six years. Prior to his promotion, he spent more than three years in the role of senior manager, southern region sales, ANZ.
“David’s knowledge and experience will be instrumental in supporting our channel ecosystem, enabling their growth, and supporting our mutual customers,” said Dooley.
