Manaccom shareholders have voted to change the company's name to Jumbo Interactive (ASX:JIN) following a vote at the annual general meeting on Monday.
The name change was requested to reflect the company’s growing focus on the internet lottery business, meeting notice documents released last month showed.
Jumbo was the lottery division's brand since 1999 and was "by far the largest group" in the business.
The company's software distribution division will continue operating as Manaccom, which was "greatly associated with software distribution business".
Manaccom's software distribution division contributed $9 million in revenue in the company's 2010 financial year.
The Online Lottery Division produced a record $66 million in revenue, up 56 percent.
The company reported earning $75 million for the year, a 28 percent increase over the previous corresponding period.
