Manaccom's software distribution division contributed $9 million in revenue in the company's 2010 financial year.
The ASX-listed company reported earning $75 million for the year, a 28 percent increase over the previous corresponding period.
The Online Lottery Division produced a record $66 million in revenue, up 56 percent.
Net profit before tax was $4.7 million, but after a $11.7 million loss from a once-off write down and restructure in Manaccom's software distribution division, net loss before tax was $7 million.
This restructure related to goods acquired as part of the Manaccom acquisition in August 2007 and the intellectual property acquired with the Star System Solutions business in November 2008.
The software distribution division was "successfully restructured" in April 2010 and improved results began to flow in the quarter four, the company said.
"The software distribution division is in a far stronger position than one year ago. Sales are up, costs are down, and 2011 is heading for a far better result," chief executive Mike Veverka said.
