Lexmark International today announced the appointment of EMPR as their authorised parts distributor for Australia and New Zealand-based businesses.
The appointment is expected to streamline the company's ordering and fulfillment process as well as expand their parts distribution network.
EMPR have similar distributions overseas with companies including ASUS, HP and Toshiba.
According to Alison Lardillier, CSS business development manager at Lexmark Australia, "EMPR’s national dealer network will enhance Lexmark's local distribution strategy and simplify processes for our partners."
"We look forward to working together with EMPR to help our channel partners further grow their businesses and meet customer needs more efficiently and effectively."
EMPR's chief executive officer, Mark Penfold, also expressed delight for the appointment saying "We see this new partnership as a positive step towards a strong relationship between our two companies in Australia and New Zealand.”
Lexmark supplies digital printing solutions and recently reported an 18 percent rise in revenue during an earnings call last month.
