Computing giant Lenovo has unveiled five new tailored journeys within its global partner framework, designed to help partners navigate specific industry segments and technology solutions.
The new pathways include specialised tracks for managed service providers, global systems integrators, artificial intelligence, data management and education sectors.
Each journey offers partners access to digital platforms, comprehensive training programmes, financial incentives, community forums and marketing resources through the Lenovo Partner Hub.
Partners will receive channel-ready devices, infrastructure solutions and service elements as part of each pathway.
"As industries increasingly turn to AI-driven solutions, flexible data management, and cloud services, Lenovo 360 provides partners with the tools and training needed to meet customer demand and stay ahead of technological advancements in these dynamic segments," said Pascal Bourguet, global channel chief of Lenovo.
The company plans to make four of the new pathways - focusing on global systems integrators, AI, data management and education - available worldwide by April 2025.
The managed service providers pathway has already launched in eight markets including Canada, USA, Brazil, Mexico, UK and Ireland, Japan, India and Australia.
Lenovo also announced several updates to its partner platform coming in early 2025.
A new communications centre will allow partners to customise their newsletter preferences, while an enhanced marketing centre will provide self-service campaign creation tools.
The solutions hub expansion will reach 47 markets by February 2025, supporting more than 50 channel-ready solutions across eight languages.
The Lenovo 360 framework has shown significant impact since its 2022 launch, with the company reporting a 63 per cent simplification of partner incentive programmes.
More than 39,500 individual certifications have been issued through the framework's education programme, alongside over 10,000 partner-level accreditations.
