The Services Company has been delivering IT services and projects to Australia's state governments since 2004 and operates via four divisions covering software development and integration; infrastructure, cloud and security; project services and strategy; and applications and data.
The Services Company are also approved suppliers to the NSW Government on both the SCM0020 Prequalification Scheme and SCM0005 Prequalification Scheme.
The company falls under the banner of TRC Group, which also owns The Recruitment Company; The Outsourced Recruitment Company; and myrecruitmenttoolkit.
Sice's new role will see him leading key account management across major state and federal government clients; providing oversight and governance on critical IT projects across cyber security, cloud, ERP, DevOps, software development, testing, managed services and digital transformation; and developing and strengthening strategic partnerships, including vendor and ecosystem relationships.
Sice will also be tasked with driving new business growth in collaboration with the BDMs, with a focus on high‑value public sector opportunities; setting and executing business, sales and marketing strategy aligned to TRC Group’s broader vision; and ensuring operational excellence across reporting, forecasting, delivery cadence and client engagement.
He will oversee an internal team and a consulting workforce of 35 specialists, supported by the TRC Group, at a time of national expansion for the business.
