Karl Sice to leave DXC Technology

Karl Sice, DXC's client partner principal, has announced that he is stepping down.

In a post on LinkedIn, Sice said that the experience was rewarding not only in the work accomplished but also in the friendships and memories created along the way.

"I hope we’ve been able to make an impact in helping our NSW GOV clients and teams navigate transformation and achieve results," he said.

"What I've valued most are the professional relationships forged through shared effort and commitment. Those connections — built on trust, collaboration, and a drive to deliver meaningful outcomes — will remain with me long after this role."

His responsibilities included "major growth initiatives" in NSW government, including business development and sales execution.

These comprised of 'go to market' strategy, orchestration of sales, client relationship management and some aspects of P&L performance and delivery outcomes, being primarily focused on delivering material new business outcomes through transformation and modernisation of applications, infrastructure, employee and customer experience and business process outsourcing.

He joined the company in April 2023, having previously worked as GM for ANZ at Arrow ECS ANZ.

Prior to this, he served as the country business leader for ANZ at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise; head of commercial and federal government at ASI Solutions; and head of technology solutions - Staples Technology Solutions at Staples.

He's also held roles at Acronis, Gartner, Sun Microsystems, American Express and Dell.

Sice said he will be sharing details of his "next chapter" on 12 January 2026.
