Information Services Group (ISG) has revealed the winners of its 2025 Paragon Awards for Australia and New Zealand, recognising excellence in innovative sourcing partnerships that deliver significant business impact through technology.
The awards were presented at a gala dinner at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, selecting from 45 nominations across six categories in the program's fifteenth year.
Genpact Australia with AMP claimed the Excellence award for outstanding service delivery, while Unisys Australia Pty with NSW Department of Communities and Justice won the Innovation category for demonstrating imagination and entrepreneurial spirit.
The Transformation award went to PwC Australia with AMP for successful transformation of an organisation or key business function.
HCL Technologies was recognised alongside WaterNSW in the Sustainability category for exceptional implementation of digital sustainability strategies and initiatives.
In the AI Pacesetter category, which acknowledges substantial business impact through artificial intelligence adoption, Tata Consultancy Services with Foxtel Management took top honours.
Wipro Technologies Australia was named Partnership of the Year together with AusNet Services and Palo Alto Networks for their seamless collaboration that leveraged each partner's strengths to achieve shared objectives.
"ISG research finds enterprises in Australia are investing in digital transformation to deliver rapid, measurable results and are turning to provider partnerships for support with AI-centric initiatives," Michael Gale, partner and regional leader for ISG Asia Pacific, said.
The ISG Paragon Awards ANZ program began in 2010 to highlight exceptional partnerships that help enterprises leverage technology to make significant and lasting impacts on their businesses.
Nasdaq listed ISG is a global artificial intelligence-centered technology research and advisory firm that supports organisations in their technology-driven transformation initiatives.
