IP business communications provider Interactive Intelligence has appointed Sydney-based Tecala Group as a channel partner in the Asia Pacific region.
Under the agreement, Tecala Group will build out sales, professional services and support teams dedicated to the Interactive Intelligence product portfolio.
Included in the portfolio is software and services for contact centre automation, enterprise IP telephony and business process automation.
Tecala Group has also implemented Interactive Intelligence's technology in-house, and undertaken pre-sales training.

Tecala Group, which delivers infrastructure solutions services, adds Interactive to its existing list of high profile partners including Microsoft, EMC, VMWare, Citrix, IBM, Uecomm and Nimsoft.
Interactive Intelligence's ANZ partners include Amtel Communications, CallTime Solutions, CPS Technology Group, Hoodsweeney Technology, QPC, Sietec, and UBS Solutions.
