Intel Australia has appointed Corey Loehr as regional manager of the chip giant’s enterprise solutions group in Australia and New Zealand.
Loehr has more than five years experience with Intel Australia, with his most recent role being business development manager.
Prior to joining Intel, Loehr was commercial industry manager at vendor Sun Microsystems, and has 19 years experience selling IT business applications in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail and financial services.
Philip Cronin, country general manager at Intel Australia said Corey's experience at Intel coupled with his strong industry background made him the perfect choice for this senior management role.
“He has outstanding business development experience in the IT industry and his time at Sun Microsystems is now particularly significant due to the strategic alliance recently announced between Intel and Sun,” said Cronin.
Loehr added: “This role will enable me to continue to build advisory relationships with Intel’s customers.”
