InTechnology Distribution has been appointed to distribute Juniper Networks’ range of AAA network integrity products following Juniper’s acquisition of Funk Software last December.
Under the agreement, inTechnology would sell the Steel Belted RADIUS/AAA server, Odyssey Client, an 802.11x client for wireless and wired networks and an endpoint assurance product.
InTechnology joins Ingram Micro and Channelworx on Juniper’s distribution books. These distributors do not sell the Funk products.
Mark Winter, director of sales and marketing at inTechnology said the company had eight years experience with the Radius market, four years dealing with wireless security and additional channel partners to Juniper.
InTechnology originally started as a Funk reseller in Australia and New Zealand but morphed into a distributor.
“We now have a team of Juniper resources here to assist us and the channel get these products into the networks of their end users,” he said.
Juniper’s director of channel sales Sander Dales, said the intricacies of successful AAA deployments required a distributor with specialised skills.
