Insight Enterprises has announced its subsidiary, Insight Enterprises Australia Pty Limited, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sekuro.
Sekuro offers a suite of services designed to mitigate cyber risk, including 24/7 managed security services, governance, and risk & compliance (GRC) with a specialisation in Australian government IRAP assessments.
Founded in 2021, the company has offices in five Australian capital cities and counts Canva, Atlassian, and Salesforce among its clients.
Sekuro also has a team of over 200 cybersecurity professionals and more than 450 technical certifications across platforms like CrowdStrike, Microsoft, AWS, Zscaler, and Okta.

This acquisition will strengthen our position as the leading Solutions Integrator and enable us to deliver comprehensive security outcomes for our clients.”
Completion of the acquisition is expected in early November 2025.
