Ingram Micro Australia establishes new HQ in North Sydney

Ingram Micro Australia has opened its new Sydney headquarters in an office tower at 40 Mount Street in North Sydney.

The launch event, held last night, brought together VIP guests and employees and featured a keynote address from Hope McGarry, executive MD of Ingram Micro Australia.

The new headquarters brings together Ingram Micro’s corporate, commercial, and specialist service teams from its former Rosebery location..

In addition to global tech vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Lenovo, North Sydney is home to many major IT resellers and service providers, including Data3, Precision IT, Lab3, MCR IT, Infosys, HCLTech, ICT Networks and L2X.

“We’re proud and excited to take residence in 40 Mount Street, an iconic and sophisticated building in the heart of North Sydney’s commercial precinct," said McGarry.

“It’s the ideal environment for us to enable businesses to thrive through technology, while inspiring innovation, fostering collaboration, and supporting the wellbeing of our people.”

The new head office is located just 40 minutes from Ingram Micro’s Advanced Logistics Centre (ALC) at Eastern Creek.

The ALC is the largest distribution centre for technology products in Australia, spanning 40,000 square metres and supports over 15,000 active product lines and can process more than one million cartons per week for dispatch across the country.
