Kensington has launched its new KeyFolio range of accessories, which are designed to enhance the functionality of Apple's iPad Air.
The company launched its new KeyFolio Pro, KeyFolio Exact and its KeyFolio Executive Plus at an event hosted by distributor Ingram Micro. The KeyFolio range delivers the benefits of protective casing with the added functionality only a keyboard can offer.
The keyboard works over bluetooth, has six rows of island keys and rests comfortably on the magnetised front cover. The magnets facilitate three different viewing angles and also ground the keyboard to ensure it doesn't skimp around.
Sam Goldstein, Kensington manager of marketing and business development, said: "Ever since the launch of Kensington's KeyFolio category in 2011, we have conducted extensive research and development, always striving to match laptop keyboard quality, comfort and accuracy, while preserving the convenience of an iPad.
"Our latest generation of KeyFolios for the iPad Air delivers our very best thinking in design – offering outstanding functionality with beautiful aesthetics."
Ingram Micro is one of four companies distributing Kensington's new range. Others include Express Online, Try & Byte and Force Technology.
The KeyFolio Pro, KeyFolio Exact and the KeyFolio Executive Plus are available now for $99.95, $129.95 and $149.95, respectively.
