Huon IT, which was acquired by the Kyocera Group in 2019, has transitioned into the Kyocera brand.
The transition is designed to strengthen Kyocera’s ability to support customers across the spectrum of their technology needs, built on three pillars – print solutions, documentation automation and ICT services.
Kyocera said the brand consolidation will enable it to provide customers with a single technology partner, as well as simplifying vendor management while expanding access to an end-to-end range of services.
“Our goal is to make business technology simpler, more secure, and more cohesive for our customers,” said Motohiro Sato, managing director at Kyocera Document Solutions Australia.
“Huon IT’s deep expertise in managed IT and security services, combined with Kyocera’s strong reputation in print and document workflow solutions, strengthens our ability to deliver a unified and scalable experience that meets the needs of modern organisations.”
“I want to ensure all existing Huon IT customers that this transition to unify with Kyocera will have no impact on the excellent technology support our team has been delivering customers for over 35 years," Keri Neave, general manager of Huon IT, added.
“By uniting under the Kyocera banner, we can leverage their global strength in technology and innovation for our customers, driving greater business efficiency and improved outcomes.”
