HP appoints new managing director for New Zealand
Shannon Harris, HP

HP has named Shannon Harris as its new managing director for HP New Zealand, with her tenure starting February 3.

Harris was most recently the managing director and technology leader of IBM New Zealand, for nearly two-and-a-half years.

She comes with 25 years of experience in the technology sector, and has also worked at telco incumbent Spark.

Harris replaces Oliver Hill, who moved to Schneider Electric as country president in October last year.

As managing director, Harris will lead HP New Zealand’s operations.

Harris will focus on enabling the company’s partners and team to deliver technology solutions that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

“Shannon is a leader who genuinely values people and partnerships,” Brad Pulford, managing director of HP ANZ, said.

“AI, innovation, and the future of work are reshaping what’s possible, and I’m thrilled to lead a talented team and partners to deliver meaningful outcomes," Harris said.
