Managed services provider Harbour MSP has deployed Arbor Networks Peakflow SP platform for security and traffic reporting services to their enterprise customers.
Andrew Hardy, commercial manager with Harbour MSP, said the combination of Arbor Networks’ Peakflow SP and Threat Management System allowed it to “detect and mitigate DDoS attacks”.
“Availability is everything for a hosting and managed services provider and DDoS represents one of the biggest threats there is,” he said.
Additionally, the Peakflow SP platform enabled it to provide a portal to customers allowing them to see real-time reports on their internal traffic and routing.
"This combination of detection, mitigation and reporting is a big competitive differentiator for Harbour MSP,” he said.
Harbour MSP, a subsidiary of Frontline Systems, operated data centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Shanghai.
The Harbour MSP service offerings include managed infrastructure, monitoring, utility and cloud, internet and data centre services.
