New VoIP telecommunication provider, GlobalNet Asia Pacific has issued a prospectus launch on Australian Stock Exchange and plans to get its services out through the channel.

For the past 18 months it has been reading itself to launch national services for the residential and the SMB market.
Jol Sinclair executive marketing director GlobalNet said its range of service offerings was developed in-house, however the infrastructure was supplied by MPA Systems, a Melbourne based ISP.
“We are outsourcing the national data network and call termination services infrastructure to MPA. We want to focus on signing up customers and getting national coverage,” said Sinclair.
“We were a private company with private shareholders now we are planning to go public on the Australian stock exchange. By offering the company on the ASX we hope to build capital reserve to embark on signing up customers.”

“We have just hired two senior IT telecommunications executive to engage the retail and reseller channel. We have only put out prospectus listing on ASX and wont be able to confirm signings until it’s completed, but we have had a strong response from the channel. We will also open offices in QLD and NSW within the next 12 months.”
