Software provider Genesys has appointed three executives to establish and run marketing strategy and operations in Asia, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
Erwann Thomassain has been appointed head of marketing for the Asia-Pacific Region.
Thomassain has previously worked in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific region as part of his marketing and sales roles at telecommunications provider Amdocs.
Accenture veteran Frances Buccheri has been appointed head of marketing for the Australia and New Zealand region.
IBM heavyweight Sung Yeun Byun has been appointed senior marketing lead, where she will work out of Seoul on marketing strategy and operations in Korea.
Sung Yeun Byun has also held business analyst and development positions at Oracle Korea.
