Fusion5 has announced the acquisition of Optimum.consulting, following its recent buys of IntegrationWorks and GoCloud.
Optimum.consulting is a Microsoft partner with expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, especially in retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, and wholesale.
Formed in 2022, Optimum.consulting has nearly 60 staff and a robust customer portfolio.
Fusion5 chief executive Sven Martin said the acquisition will bring substantial benefits to both companies and their customers.
"The acquisition of Optimum.consulting presents significant benefits to both businesses and our respective and shared customers. It’s a win-win for everyone," Martin said.
He pointed to Fusion5's Microsoft capabilities and diverse skills in transformation, advisory, integration, and cloud infrastructure would complement Optimum's offerings.
Their combined expertise will allow them to target vertical markets such as manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce more effectively.
"Bringing Optimum on board rounds out our Microsoft offerings and strengthens our commerce and retail industry experience," Martin added.
Fusion5’s goal is to scale and handle transformation projects of any size, Martin said, with the company's strategy being to become a larger systems integrator.

Lingard emphasised that the companies share a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes through top-tier technology and people.
Optimum Consulting officially joins Fusion5 on 1 October 2024.
