Fusion Broadband names first Aussie reseller

ISP newcomer Fusion Broadband has appointed regional NSW reseller Complete Insite Solutions as its first Australian partner.

Fusion Broadband markets a solution designed to allow businesses to bond multiple high-speed broadband connections to improve speed and reliability.

Company managing director Jason Maude said the solution would help businesses experiencing broadband bottlenecks without the need for expensive technology upgrades.

Complete Insite Solutions provides IT, communication and cabling services in western regional New South Wales.

"We provide managed services to our customers who often have servers hosting management and accounting systems,” said John Oomen, general manager of Complete Insite Solutions.

However he said that “distance and lack of fast broadband at an affordable price has restricted the ability for our clients in regional areas to remain productive and competitive.”

Complete Insite had deployed Fusion Broadband’s solution for three regional organisations including family services organisation Centacare Wilcannia-Forbes which had bonded connections at seven of its 16 remote locations.

"Fusion Broadband's solution has not only provided a more stable VPN connection it also runs many times faster than can be achieved using standard ADSL services,” said John Oomen, general manager of Complete Insite Solutions.

“It also provides a level of redundancy unique to Fusion Broadband's solution as well as improving the stability of our clients systems.”
