Global security vendor Fortinet has promoted Dale Nachman to regional director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
The appointment is part of a broader realignment of Fortinet's ANZ structure aimed at maximising investments in people and infrastructure.
In his expanded role, Nachman will lead Fortinet's strategic direction across ANZ, driving business growth and strengthening customer and partner engagement.
He will oversee the combined structure, providing enhanced regional support, local management coverage, and access to central team expertise.
"Stepping into this expanded leadership role is an exciting opportunity to drive Fortinet's regional strategy and further strengthen its presence in key markets," Nachman said.
"The cyber threat landscape is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and organisations require integrated, scalable, and highly effective security solutions to navigate these challenges confidently."
Nachman brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry to the role, with extensive expertise across a wide variety of leadership and technology portfolios.
He has been with Fortinet Australia for seven years in senior roles.
The promotion follows the recent opening of Fortinet's new Australian office in Sydney, which serves as a key hub for regional operations, partner collaboration, and cybersecurity innovation.
