Former Salesforce, SAP exec drives partner's Asian expansion

Presence of IT has appointed former high-ranking SAP and Salesforce.com executive Serene Sia as its new managing director for Asia.

Sia has more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the software industry across the Asia Pacific.

She was recently the vice president of strategic accounts for Salesforce.com, responsible for cloud strategy and execution for the company’s top accounts in the region.

Sia was also previously the vice president strategic accounts for SAP South East Asia, and SAP Malaysia and Brunei managing director.

The newly created role is based in Singapore, with Sia reporting directly to Presence of IT CEO David Brookes.

Presence of IT is an Australian-based HR and payroll consultant.
