Global investigative analytics firm Nuix has named Roland Slee as its new vice president of customer strategy and innovation.

Slee takes on responsibility for accelerating the growth of Nuix Neo, the company's AI-enhanced analytics platform.

The newly appointed vice president brings extensive enterprise software experience to the role.

He joins Nuix from Guidewire Software, where he served as managing director for Asia Pacific.

His previous roles included managing director for Asia Pacific at Bravura Solutions.

Slee also spent 18 years at Oracle Corporation, where he led the Fusion Middleware business across Asia Pacific.

In his new position, Slee will report to Oliver Harvey, executive vice president of customer strategy and innovation.

"Roland joins us at an exciting time. The recent announcement of Nuix's deep learning framework in Nuix Neo is a game-changer," said Jonathan Rubinsztein, chief executive officer, Nuix.

Sydney-based Nuix provides investigative analytics and intelligence software used in criminal investigations, financial crime detection, and regulatory compliance.

The appointment comes as Nuix continues to expand its presence in the rapidly growing AI and analytics market.

Nuix's platform enables organisations to process, analyse and extract insights from vast amounts of digital data.

The company positions itself as a "force for good" in the digital world, helping organisations uncover truth in their data.

Its solutions support a wide range of use cases beyond criminal investigations, including litigation support, employee investigations, and legal eDiscovery.
