Evergreen acquires pair of Adelaide MSPs

Evergreen's Lyra Technology Group has acquired Concept Data and its sister business Voice Select, an Adelaide-based managed services, cyber security and business communications provider, as the group continues to build out its Australian and New Zealand presence.

Concept Data, founded in 2014, delivers managed IT services, cyber security and compliance, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, AI enablement and automation, private cloud hosting, business continuity and disaster recovery, and technology advisory.

Voice Select, established in 2018, specialises in hosted voice and VoIP phone systems, SIP and carrier services, and number management.

Together the two businesses serve small and medium-sized organisations across healthcare, professional services, construction, finance, not-for-profit and education.

The acquisition is the fifth Evergreen has completed this quarter in the ANZ region.

In June, the company announced its largest acquisition in the ANZ region, welcoming Office Solutions IT to its growing portfolio of managed IT services and software partners under Evergreen's operating company Lyra Technology Group.

Evergreen's Pine Services Group acquired Stratus Consulting Group, an Australian ERP consulting and implementation partner supporting mid-market organizations nationwide in May, before buying up Evolution Business Systems, a Melbourne-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner, earlier this month.

Under Lyra's partnership model, Concept Data and Voice Select will continue to operate independently under their existing brands in Adelaide, with chief executive Gary Paradise and the existing team remaining in place.

The company said both businesses achieved record revenue and groth in their most recent financial year, having expanded over the past decade from traditional managed IT into cyber security, compliance, AI enablement, private cloud and advisory.
