Microsoft partner Barhead Solutions has inked a deal with Energy & Water Ombudsman Queensland (EWOQ) to implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
The CRM will provide capabilities covering case management, scheme participant management, customer management and stakeholder management.
"We are excited by the opportunity to partner with EWOQ to surpass existing technologies by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service," Barhead's CEO Ken Struthers said.
"The inclusion of significant training and support will help the EWOQ team take advantage of current and future customer-focused AI capabilities and deliver a game-changing level of service."
The CRM will include Microsoft Digital Contact Centre and will be one of the first Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementations in the Queensland government, Microsoft said.
"With our new CRM, EWOQ seeks to find new ways of supporting Queenslanders with independent, respectful and effective ways of resolving disputes with energy and water providers, especially amid cost of living pressures," EWOQ GM general manager for assessment, investigation and resolution Gavin Watts said.
