EFTel secures Tandy and Dick Smith for Pocketsurfer 2

The deal provides access to around 500 retail locations Australia-wide.
Pocketsurfer 2 is a wireless web service.

The patented technology allows people to access mobile Web services, at an apparently 'low-cost' and provides coverage to around '90 percent of the population'.

The recent deal comes off the back of EFTel’s announcement that shareholders dumped its chairman Glenn Darlington and fellow director Greg Searle at a general meeting, held on December 12 .
