NEW YORK (Reuters) - EBay has completed its acquisition of internet-based telephone services firm Skype, paying US$2.5 billion plus up to US$1.4 billion in potential performance-based consideration.
The online auctioneer confirmed that it expects the deal to dilute its fourth-quarter 2005 earnings per share by 12 US cents.
