DXC Technology has hired Marilyn Nelson to lead service transformation for its Fruition ServiceNow practice in Australia and New Zealand.
Nelson jumped from KPMG Australia, where she worked for its global ServiceNow practice since 2014, eventually being named its leader in 2016.
“As digital transformation goes beyond business-unit implementations to organisation-wide strategies that are aimed at enabling a services-led approach, DXC Fruition is well placed to execute complex services transformations,” DXC ANZ managing director Seelan Nayagam said.
“Marilyn’s depth and breadth of experience across ServiceNow and track record of driving service transformation programs for enterprises and governments globally, will help guide DXC clients in achieving their transformation goals.”
DXC said Nelson brings more than 30 years of experience to the company, specifically in consulting, leadership, organisational transformations, service management and solution implementation.
Prior to joining KPMG, Nelson also worked at Accenture’s ServiceNow practice in executive roles, and also held various management roles for a number of US companies in various industries.
