DXC Technology has launched DXC Engineering, a global group that brings more than 11,000 of its engineers under a single operating model to help large enterprises design, build and scale AI-powered software in regulated, mission-critical industries.
The new group sits within DXC’s Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organisation, which spans more than 40,000 professionals across 70 countries.
Built on DXC’s Xponential AI orchestration blueprint, DXC Engineering combines AI-native software and product engineering, industry expertise, proprietary platforms and delivery accelerators with the aim of helpigng customers modernise complex environments and deploy intelligent systems at scale.
DXC Engineering is already active across automotive, financial services, energy, healthcare, defence and transport.
“As AI moves from experimentation to production, customers need partners who can take accountability for designing and running intelligent systems at scale, especially in environments where failure is not an option,” said Ramnath Venkataraman, president of consulting and engineering services at DXC Technology.
