Dimension Data has announced plans to recruit more than 170 staff over the next six months, following the addition of 80 new staff last quarter.
Dimension Data CEO Steve Nola said that the success of the company's managed services and outsourcing business had led to a demand for new administrative and technical positions.
"We have additional roles to fill across the country, especially along the eastern seaboard, in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.
In 2010 Dimension Data was named as a coveted 'Hewitt Best of the Best Employer in Australia and New Zealand in 2009'.
"Our people are the core of our business and investing in the team has proved to be the cornerstone of this ongoing success," Nola said.
Japanese telecommunications giant NTT this month announced that is acquiring Dimension Data.
