Dicker Data reveals 2014 remuneration

Dicker Data's annual report has revealed the remuneration of the distributor's top executives. 

Chief executive David Dicker and non-executive director Fiona Brown did not receive any remuneration from the company. They hold almost 90 percent of shares in the ASX-listed distie.

However, according to BRW, David Dicker's shareholding still makes him the 29th richest executive in Australia.

Former commercial director Chris Price was in fact the most well-paid exec at the distie in the 2014 financial year and 2015 half-year, thanks in part to his severance package after eight years as one of the distributor's top executives.

Price departed on 30 November and now heads the HP business for Ingram Micro, a role he started in January.

Both Price and his successor at Dicker Data were on 100 percent performance-based packages.

Dicker Data did not respond to CRN's request for comment, while Price declined to speak on the matter.

CRN reported last month that Dicker Data doubled its revenue to $498.3 million in its transitional half-year ending 31 December. The company's financial year will now change to align with the calendar year,
