Dicker Data resellers will be able to offer Interactive’s data centre services in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with the distributor expanding its partnership with the company.
Interactive has expanded its partnership with Dicker Data to include software, cloud distribution, and data centre services, enabling resellers to provide locally hosted infrastructure services to customers.
Dicker Data first partnered with Interactive in 2017 to deliver comprehensive hardware maintenance support. This provided resellers with access solutions for maintaining IT infrastructure – from post-warranty support for existing hardware to short-term services and multi-vendor maintenance.
Interactive has worked with more than 600 resellers to provide "end-to-end support" for Dicker Data’s customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Dicker Data’s GM of software ANZ, Pennie Stevens, said the company continues to see strong demand for hybrid cloud solutions.
“This new offering from Interactive will enable partners of all sizes to access colocation services, and more, to support their customers' needs,” she said.
Interactive’s GM of data centres, Lizzi Long, said in today’s hybrid environment, businesses are under pressure to shift to the cloud, but many don’t know where to start.
“We’re thrilled to expand our partnership with Dicker Data and look forward to empowering reseller partners with the capabilities to offer robust, locally hosted solutions to their customers,” she said.
