Dell has appointed Deborah Harrigan as general manager of its Small to Medium business division for Australia and New Zealand.
Harrigan will focus on expanding Dell's personalised offering to local SMB customers and channel partners.
She has worked with Dell for more than 10 years in a number of senior positions within sales and operations, including management across SMB divisions in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand.
Most recently, she spent more than two years as the country manager for Dell New Zealand.
Harrigan's appointment supports Dell's global organisational alignment into four major customer segments - large enterprise, public sector, small to medium business and consumer.
Harrigan said in tough economic conditions, it's the small and medium business that continues to be the lifeblood of the economy.
"Our daily interactions and discussions with these customers are invaluable to Dell and our future growth."
