Solution provider Datacom has signed a four-year deal to provide the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) with call centre services.
The contract, estimated to be worth $A32.5 million over the next 4 years, follows Datacom’s earlier September 2012 appointment to the ATO’s Outsource Contact Centre Services (OCCS) panel.
Jonathan Ladd, Datacom Group CEO said in a statement, “We are delighted to have been awarded this work after going through a fiercely competitive process to secure a place on the panel last year, and an extensive process to design a support model that met the ATO’S flexibility requirements.”
In the last twelve months Datacom has also signed deals with federal agencies DIAC and the ACCC.
In August of last year, the company was elected to an ICT services panel by the Department of Finance. The panel was announced in late June 2012 and runs until June 26, 2015. It includes the supply of applications development, systems integration, project management and managed services among other areas.
Other companies on the panel include UXC, Fujitsu and Data#3.
