Cybertify, an ANZ-focused provider of cybersecurity solutions serving highly regulated sectors, has appointed Arni Hardarson as head of offensive security.

Hardarson brings over 20 years’ experience and joins Cybertify from Thales Cyber and Digital, formerly Tesserent, where he served as head of assurance and led complex penetration testing, red-team operations and security advisory programs across government and enterprise.

Ramtin Diznab, founder and CEO of Cybertify, said the appointment marks an important growth milestone for the company.

"His outstanding reputation, leadership and deep knowledge will accelerate our offensive security offering and strengthen our ability to deliver enterprise-grade outcomes with agility and precision," he said.

"We are assembling a senior, highly experienced team to take on the big players. Cybertify is poised for fast growth and Mr Hardarson’s arrival represents the calibre of expertise we are attracting to our mission.”

“I’m excited to join Cybertify’s elite cyber squad, an ambitious consulting group with big plans in cybersecurity," said Hardarson.

"I will strengthen our high-impact offensive security capability, and work alongside a passionate team to strengthen our client’s security defences and deliver tangible value.”
