The company said it is now servicing more than 60,000 software developers in locations from Dubai and London to Bangalore and Brisbane.
The other firm to strike out on its own is Cirrus Australia, which is a middleware systems integrator and IBM partner.
“While at i.lab our staff numbers have grown from just three to 16 and we have significantly increased revenue and reputation as well,” Cirrus CEO Darren Phillips claimed.
There are currently 29 early-stage technology based companies at i.Lab Toowong and its bio.incubator at Brisbane Technology Park.
The announcement was made in association with Global Business Incubation Day.
