Darwin-based IT services business CSG has cemented its footprint in the southern states through its acquisition of Perth-based Oracle business partner Delexian, finalised today.
The ASX-listed Darwin company bought the west coast Oracle Advantage partner that also had offices in Canberra and Melbourne to provide customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, software development and business intelligence to commercial and government clients.
Under the acquisition that was announced in July, Delexian will become part of CSG's national enterprise services business.
"We have aggressive growth targets in place and building our Oracle practice will play a key role in us achieving those targets", said Julie-Ann Kerin, CSG group general manager of enterprise services.
"This acquisition reinforces our position as a major Oracle technology provider and partner."
Delexian principal Philip de la Harpe said the buy-out would help the business to grow throughout Australia.
CSG this year increased revenues by 48 percent to $197.3 million and net profit after tax by 24 percent to $22.3 million dollars.
