Canberra based ATI is an agnostic printer management and consulting company with contracts for Managed Print Services (MPS), said Denis Mackenzie, CEO at CSG.
According to Mackenzie, the services offered by ATI, for customers with large printer fleets, includes consulting services on printer procurement strategy, technology selection, TCO reduction strategies and printer managed services.
“ATI has a number of contracts where it totally manages the printer infrastructure fleet, including procurement, ownership, management, break-fix and help desk services,” said Mackenzie.
“CSG has been investing in technology, people and resources to enter this space for some time and ATI fits perfectly into our strategy.”
He said the acquisition provides CSG with infrastructure outsourcing in Canberra.
“This was particularly important given the recent trend in selective sourcing and the push for Australian based companies,” Mackenzie said.
